We all have the power to train our mind

on

It’s a skill, an art. And we need it. It is our brain, our subconscious, that
keeps us safe from the terrors that lurk unseen, from the horrors that lurk
within. The trick is to activate it in just the right way.

Here are 5 things you can do to exercise your mind, to train your brain.

1.) Create
a lucid dream:

1) When you dream of a gun, of a shotgun, of a gun, of a gun, of a
shotgun, etc. Create lucid dreams. This means writing down your dream, and
listing all the words that appear in your dream, whether in the dream itself,
in other dreams, or in the conversation you are having when you dream of a gun,
of a shotgun, of a gun, of a shotgun. It’s okay to repeat the same words over
and over again in your dream, or even write the entire dream down, it’s just
important that you create lucid dreams.

2) Whenever you dream of a gun, of a shotgun, of a gun, of a shotgun, of a
shotgun, etc. write down a lucid dream using the same words and expressions
as above.

2a. Now, when you wake up, take some time to create a lucid dream. If you know
that you have this kind of dream, use this as an opportunity to practice
creating lucid dreams. You want to make it a practice, to feel confident that
you’re working with reality, not with your subconscious.

3) Now that you’ve created an event in your dream, and had a full lucid
dream within, write down what you were doing when you had that lucid dream.
Now, you’ve been practicing your mind, and when you wake up, what are you
doing? What were you doing?

4) Now that you’ve done step 3, use this exercise to train your mind to
recognizing a dream state. Do the same exercise tomorrow, and the day after.
You’ll be training your brain to recognize a dream state. That’s one step
closer to the skill.

5) You can now use your knowledge from step 4 to recognize dreams. It becomes
even more important that you notice lucid dreams, because as you know, they
are the first step to lucid dreaming.

6) Now that you train your brain to recognize a dream state, you can create
lucid dreams, and then train your brain to recognize that you are
consciously dreaming.

7) Now create lucid dreams of guns, and create lucid dreams of shotguns.

2b. Now, whenever you want to wake up from a dream, just go to step 2 and
write down a lucid dream. Keep doing this until you can create lucid dreams of
shooting guns into buildings.

3) The next day create lucid dreams of guns, and create lucid dreams of
shotguns.

Now, every time you wake up from a dream, make sure that you don’t try to flip
the light switch in your dream world. Go and just sit in a dark room. Go and
make a cup out of a gun, or a shovel out of a gun, or a rifle out of a gun,
or a shotgun out of a gun, etc. Make sure you understand what you’re doing, and
make sure you are conscious while you’re doing it, because you know that you
are creating lucid dreams when you are awake, but your brain doesn’t know that
you are consciously creating lucid dreams.

It’s the only way you can make your brain realize you actually are awake.

4) Every day, go to step 3, and create lucid dreams.

5) Go to step 2 and write down the lucid dreams you create.

6) Go to step 3, and create lucid dreams every day.

7) By adding lucid dreams you become more and more conscious of your
consciousness, of your reality, and of your dreams. You’ll be able to see how
you’re acting in a dream state, without actually being in a dream.

8) Now, you understand why you wake up in your dream. Your brain does not
know that you woke up when you were in a lucid dream. You woke up when you
started making the lucid dream. You’re acting in a lucid dream, but you’re
conscious of you’re asleep, and you’re aware of the fact that you’re asleep.

9) Now, the next time you wake up, go to step 1 and write down lucid dreams.
And then, go to step 2. Now, whenever you want to wake up, just go to step 2,
and create lucid dreams. Keep doing this until you can recognize when you are
waking up in a lucid dream, and then go to step 3.

10) Go to step 3 and make lucid dreams every day.

11) Now, you understand why you wake up in your dream. Your brain does not
know that you woke up when you were in a lucid dream. You woke up when you
started making the lucid dream. You’re acting in a lucid dream, but you’re
conscious of you’re asleep, and you’re aware of the fact that you’re asleep.

It’s the only way you can make your brain realize you actually are awake.

11a. Now create lucid dreams in your life, and make a lucid dream of an
automatic shotgun, of a gun, etc.

12) Now you know how to wake up from a dream without having to flip the
light switch in your dream world. Go to step 1, and write down lucid dreams
every day. Go to step 2, and create lucid dreams every day.

13) Now every day you wake up from a lucid dream, go to step 2 and create
lucid dreams. Keep doing this until you can create lucid dreams of guns
and automatic shotguns. Go to step 3, and wake up from every lucid dream.

14) Go to step 4 and every day you wake up from a lucid dream, go to step
2.

15) Go to step 3 and make lucid dreams every day.
